My wife and I bought a car for our 20-year old daughter to use while in college. The title is in our name and we paid the insurance premiums. We recently took the car away from her when we found out she had been lying about where she had been going with the car. She is now threatening to sue us to get the car back. What rights does she have to a car wholly paid for by us, owned by us and insured by us?

She has no rights to the car. She is just blowing smoke.
