PORTSMOUTH ? RE/MAX By the Bay, with two offices in Portland, Maine, announced the opening of a new office and expansion of its franchise into Portsmouth.

Twenty seasoned local agents will join forces to expand RE/MAX By the Bay's footprint in New England. RE/MAX By the Bay is led by broker/owners David and Michael Banks.
